Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer that time to other patients.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a $50.00 fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Show Policy

Patients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing advance notice will be charged the full price of the service.

Emergency Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. Cancellations due to medical emergencies, severe weather, or similar situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be exempt from fees at the discretion of management.
